キャンセルは前日までにお願いします。
当日キャンセルされる場合は、必ずご連絡ください。

当日キャンセル、無断キャンセルされる場合は、キャンセル料1,100円頂戴致しております。
当日のご予約時間より10分以上遅れた場合、終了時間が大幅に遅くなる可能性があります。

15分以上ご連絡がなくご来店が確認できない場合は自動的にキャンセル扱いとさせて頂きます。

施術ご希望パーツを変更の場合、終了時間が大幅に遅くなる可能性があります。

必ず事前に変更お問い合わせをお願い致します。

お客様の体調やお肌の状態によっては施術をお断りすることが御座います。
あらかじめご了承ください。

敏感肌の方で施術に不安がある場合は予約前にご相談ください。

シュガーリングワックス脱毛は減毛効果はございますが、永久脱毛ではありません。

10日～3週間ほどで毛が生えてきますことをご理解ください。(個人差があります)

シュガーリングワックス脱毛に限らず、すべての脱毛行為で起こりうる症状で「埋没毛」になる場合がございます。

当サロンで以下のお客様には施術をお断りしています

・２週間以内に施術予定の箇所にピーリングをされた方
　　・Retin-A成分を含むニキビ薬や化粧品を使用中の方
・静脈瘤、糖尿病、性病、その他感染症（淋病、クラミジア、カンジダ、ヘルペス、成人Ｔ細胞白血病、Ａ・Ｂ・Ｃ型肝炎、ＨＩＶ、etc）の可能性のある方
・重度のアトピー性皮膚炎、皮膚が極端に弱い方、敏感な方
・施術部位に肌トラブルのある方
・生理中の方（女性でVIO脱毛の方のみ）

施術直後は毛穴が開いている状態です
当日のご入浴はお控えいただき、シャワーのみでお願いいたします
いつも以上に雑菌の影響や炎症を起こしやすい状態のため、
　お肌トラブル防止のためにも清潔を心がけてください
温泉・サウナ・プールなどは、3日ほど避けることをおすすめします
シャワー後はしっかり保湿をしてください
　※油分の多いクリームは毛穴詰まりの原因になりやすいため、
　オイルフリーの水分メインのローションがおすすめです
性行為は、雑菌の影響や炎症の原因になりやすいため、
　当日はお控えください

スクラブでの角質ケアや、
　デリケートゾーン専用オイルでのケアを行い、
　角質を柔らかく保ちましょう
　→ 次回脱毛時の痛み軽減にもつながります
2週間以降〜1ヶ月以内が次回シュガーリングのおすすめ時期です
　※1ヶ月以上空くと毛質・毛量がしっかりしてしまい、
　その前に脱毛することで痛み軽減につながります
赤み・ヒリつき・かゆみがある場合は、
　冷やしていただくことで治まります
体温が上がると症状が出やすいため、
　激しい運動・飲酒などは体調に合わせてお控えください

Reservations: Please make your booking via our official LINE account.
Cancellation: Please cancel at least one day in advance. For same-day cancellations, please contact us directly.
Cancellation fee: A fee of ¥1,100 will be charged for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your treatment may be shortened or finished later than scheduled.
No-show: If you do not contact us and are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
Changing treatment areas: Changing the area you wish to treat may significantly extend your session time. Please contact us in advance if changes are necessary.

Treatments may be declined depending on your health condition or skin status. Thank you for your understanding.
If you have sensitive skin and are concerned about the treatment, please consult us before booking.
Sugaring and wax hair removal reduce hair growth, but are not permanent hair removal methods. Hair typically grows back within 10 days to 3 weeks (varies individually).
Ingrown hairs may occur, which is a possible outcome of any hair removal method, including sugaring.

We cannot perform treatments for customers who:

Have undergone a peeling treatment on the area within the last 2 weeks.
Are using skincare or acne medication containing Retin-A.
Have varicose veins, diabetes, STDs, or other infections (e.g., gonorrhea, chlamydia, candidiasis, herpes, adult T-cell leukemia, hepatitis A/B/C, HIV, etc.).
Have severe atopic dermatitis, extremely sensitive skin, or skin conditions on the treatment area.
Are menstruating (for women only, applicable to VIO treatments).
